@JameelMason in the new deal with New Wave Music Inc

Atlanta, GA-- December 3rd, 2013----New York-based rapper Jameel Mason has inked a deal with New Wave Music INC, in a joint venture that will focus on creating hit music and becoming a colossal force in the music industry. New Wave Music Production is known as the home of Remo the HeatMaker who has produced numerous records for A-list artists such as; 50 Cent, Meek Mill, Swizz Beats, Juelz Santana, & Joe Budden just to name a few.
 
Jameel Mason shared: "The most tedious but essential piece that every artist must develop is his own sound. It is nice to have a caliber producer to tailor make beats to fit with a specific song concept. I'm excited to join forces, be on the lookout for our future collaborations!"
 
 New Jersey native Jameel Mason got his start rapping at the age of fifteen, though he admittedly began to take a more serious approach after he began college. Jameel grew up listening to and was inspired by the blues, jazz, but mostly hip hop artist’s such as Biggie, Tupac, Jay-Z, Nas, and 50 Cent. Living by his motto, Destined 4 Greatness #D4G his music reflects overcoming the harsh reality of growing up in poverty. Despite the dark lyrical themes, Jameel combines captivating lyrics and witty punch lines with a smooth and charismatic delivery to allure his audience. Since his first initial foray into the rap game, he has been captivating crowds at many venues and universities throughout New Jersey and New York. Spectators at universities such as Rutgers, Fairleigh Dickinson, Drew University, and Seton Hall, as well as at popular venues such as Club Pyramid, SOB’s and Club Rebel have all had the opportunity to witness this talented emerging rapper perform. As an All- American athlete, he graduated from Drew University in 2012. Now with school completed, Jameel looks to shift his focus more heavily on his career as a rapper.
